Maria da Graça Carvalho was invited to give the opening address of the What-IF Conference on 'An Intergenerational Fair Perspective on Energy'.
As Ms Carvalho was not able to free herself from her duties in Strasbourg, sent a video message from the European Parliament to the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in order to discuss the energy policy.
