It is important to ensure a continued collaboration with our international partners, especially in relation to science, technology and research activities. The cooperation with India has allowed many positive developments to the social and economic conditions of the country and the fruitful relation has brought to the implementation of several projects in particular in the fields of water, energy, food and health. The renewal of the agreement will make sure that India and the EU partners will strengthen their coordinated involvement also within Horizon Europe, as it was done so far in the previous framework programmes as from 2001. I voted in favour.
