In our efforts to do all that is necessary to face the effects of the crisis, I voted in favour of introducing specific measures to smoothen the delivery of food aids and basic material aassistance as there are people and value chains that need more flexibility. The adoption of the more flexible measures allows to react quickly to the emerging additional needs of the target groups that are exposed to further hardship stemming from this crisis. These measures are very important for reducing the social negative consequences in our countries.
