A Parliamentary Commission may decide to make a trip to a Member State or a third country, or to participate in international conferences. The missions are carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred on the parliamentary committee concerned and a limited number of its members take part in them. Committees may also send a three-member delegation for a period not exceeding three days to agencies for which they have specific responsibilities.
