The Director of Research at World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), Dr. Leonard Barrie and the prof. Dr. Hans Von Storch, from the Meteorological Institute of the University of Hamburg, and Director of the Institute for Coastal Research of the GKSS Research Centre, were the two leading experts invited to elaborate on the scientific analysis of climate change.
