Causes 3rd meeting of EPP Working Group on Climate Change and Energy

Today, Maria da Graça Carvalho participated in the 3rd meeting of EPP Working Group on Climate Change and Energy, which took place in the EPP headquarters in Brussels.

The main aim of this meeting was to comment the updated EPP position on combatting climate change. The participants discussed on the draft EPP policy paper on climate change and review of amendments.

Karl-Heinz Florenz, Member of European Parliament, co-chair of the working group, made the welcome address. The debate was moderated by Christian Kremer, EPP Deputy Secretary General.
